Meet Kyle Hancock: our Outbound Tele-sales Executive and (until now) secret weapon in the sales office. Take a ten minute call from Kyle and by the end of it he’ll have convinced you to use more silicone, open a new credit account and move into bigger premises so you can store all the stuff he’s just sold you. He used to sell windows and doors from a call centre until COVID killed his job off and his brother told him about a vacancy here. Now he’s our expert in sweet-talking customers into feeling good and an integral part of the Sales Office Team, headed up by David Carmichael.
Sociability comes naturally to him: he likes any kind of music, plays football for Greetland and loves nothing more than a good party atmosphere and a night out with his mates. We asked him what his favourite movies and TV shows were but he told us he’s never in to watch them, “too much to do, mate, and I need to get out there and do it”.
As for his future here at Bond It, where does he want to be in a few years time? “Out on the road, I want to take it a step further and be a proper Area Sales Manager, face to face with customers”. He’ll get there too, and when he does you’ll like him (you can’t not) even though you’ll have just spent your pension on Bond It stuff you’ve got nowhere to store.
