As well as fully sponsoring local Rugby League heroes the Huddersfield Giants, Bond It are also keen to support local sports teams at all levels, especially those that nurture the development of tomorrow's star players.
To that end, we have agreed to be kit sponsor for the Honley Junior Football Club Under 7`s for the next 2 seasons. Pictured here are the lads in the team, showing off their new kit in their debut season playing competitive Mini Soccer!
Lee Walkington, the U7s Coach, commented: “On behalf of the players, parents and the rest of the coaching staff at Honley Juniors U7s, can I thank Bond It for providing us with kit sponsorship for the next two seasons. We are a relatively new group, many of whom will be playing competitive football for the first time. As restrictions on grass-roots football lifted towards the end of the summer, the children have shown a huge enthusiasm for training and matches, and are developing a fantastic team spirit. In doing so, they help maintain a tradition of Honley Juniors having representation right through the junior age groups. I personally think this is really important in helping them develop a sense of community spirit.
The players all think the kit (in traditional club colours) looks fantastic (as do parents), and were delighted to wear it for their first “official” match early in October. Whilst the result may not have gone our way, the players thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and have since gone on to record their first victory. Thanks again to Bond It for your support”.
