Please join us in congratulating Samantha Broadhead as she becomes Bond It’s first Technical Service Manager.
The dedicated role was created to provide an enhanced service to our customers and assist the business as we continue to go from strength to strength. Luckily for us, we already had the ideal candidate in Samantha who has built up a vast knowledge base on our products over the past seven years as a development chemist and supervisor in our laboratory. In this new role she will be the primary contact on technical queries for both Bond It staff and our Customers: providing technical solutions and application advice via telephone, email and in-house video demonstrations. She will also support our field sales team when they need that extra bit of knowledge or perhaps a comparison with a competitor’s product.
A people-person at heart, Sam is looking forward to more real time interaction with customers: “I love speaking to customers” she says, “and I get a lot of satisfaction out of helping people with problems and queries and overcoming challenges”. So ask away folks, Sam is ready to help.
